Here’s a breakdown of what to expect in a typical Zerona Laser Body Contouring program:
Step 1: Schedule your complimentary consultation. During this time we will answer all your questions, go over all the specifics, take your BMI, and determine the best package for you.
Step 2: After you consult, you can schedule your Zerona sessions. We recommend sessions scheduled every-other-day (no longer than 3 days between sessions or the body can re-uptake fat).
Step 3: Come in for your first appointment. The first appointment is the longest and will last about two relaxing (yes, relaxing) hours.
We will start by performing your body scan to check your detox pathways and overall health and record measurements of your waist, hips, and thighs. Then you’ll sit back and let the laser do its work for 40 minuteswhile you relax and practice MindFit (encourages positive self-talk and reduce cravings).
After your laser treatment you’ll decompress with a 20-30 minute detox in the far infrared sauna, followed by an invigorating 10 minute lymphatic treatment, and end by reviewing your supplement recommendations.
Step 5: Go back to your regular day relaxed and rejuvenated and follow your Zerona protocol. Return on schedule for your subsequent laser appointments and supportive therapies. Plan about 1 1/2 hours per follow-up session.
Step 6: You will return one week following your final body contouring session so we can record your final measurements…woo hoo!
